What is your payment/fee structure?
Reardon Associates is pleased to assist in your personnel recruiting efforts. Our applicants are thoroughly screened in order to insure proper compliance with your personnel requirements. The fees for our services are on a contingency basis and are payable only if a person is hired through our efforts. Our fee is based on a percentage of the annual starting salary. We bill on the new employee's starting date, payment due within 30 days. Since our objective is to create the most appropriate match between your needs and candidates' skill set, we offer a 90-day guarantee period.
